You are absolutely right dear Captain! "Best is in the eyes of the beholder". You bring some great choices from your shots collection (and watch collection let me add).
I didn´t remember viewing "The Vortex" before. That´s an stunning shot: both the background and the superb timepiece you share.
Then "The Space, final frontier" is a very striking image too. The Panerai and Doxa shots I remember well, as both were winners of past editions of WS. Well deserved of course as they are two great and not easy to get (and risky) shots. Well played dear Captain!

Great shots as usual dear friend HS!! The Breguet awesome dial is shown in all its glory in your first close up. And the DSA EU is a "cool" shot literally! Lol!
Then your Le Coultre Alarm is truly representative of the 70' s style with its charming pebble shape. I specially like your lovely Rolex Date (an early one I feel) with the Bokeh effect flower in background making a great shot of this charming watch. Well...

Had the same experience in New Zealand while on a walk thru the countryside . . .
. . . and wish I'd taken a photo of the Kiwi cows following my every motion with intense scrutiny.
Typically I delete watch pics after I've posted them because otherwise my phone would be full of nothing but watch pics!
But here are a few that I can't seem to get rid of... ...
