. . . probably make the larger case a requirement.
In most respects, the original (as well as the contemporary equivalently sized) El Primeros offer a more appropriate sense of scaling, and I find myself instinctively preferring them. The dilemma is the greater level of legibility that comes with the larger casing, especially when coupled with the Striking 10th sweep chrono hand.
