This is the Zenith Defy El Primero 21 Land Rover, a limited edition of 250 pieces launched in Dubai in January 2020. It is now sold out and does not appear anymore on the Zenith's website but it is still quite easy to purchase I believe.
The 44mm case is in micro-blasted titanium. It contains a 1/100th of a second chronograph movement using 2 escapements (36,000 vph for the automatic timekeeping function and 360,000 vph for the hand-wound chronograph function). Contrary to the other models of the line, the power reserve indicator at 12 is laid-out in a linear fashion.
Last important point: the co-branding is minimal. The Land Rover name does not appear on the dial. You can find it only on the back of the case and on the custom rotor, shaped like the Defender rim.
Overall, a very cool and original watch to wear (if you've got a rather large wrist
