Two Nights with Zenith

Last week, Mr Jean-Frederic Dufour, CEO of Zenith, was in town and together with his Singapore Team hosted a dinner-gathering to meet up with some watch enthusiasts after a busy day of meeting with the retailers in Singapore.

The venue was in one of the fine Italian restaurants in the Goodwood Park Hotel, GAIA Riostorante & Bar.

While waiting for the rest of the guests to arrive, Ms Vivian Lee, Brand Manager of Zenith for Singapore & Malaysia brought out some distractions

Ms Cyndy Lim, General Manager at LVMH Watch & Jewellery, listening to feedback of the novelties ...

At 7:30pm, dinner commenced, and Mr Jean-Frederic Dufour welcomed the all the guests ...

Ms Cyndy Lim also greeted guests and thanked guests taking time for the meet-up...

Second dish - Affettati Di Gaia
Gaia's own selection of fine cold cuts from Bologna region served with 24 month vintage grana padano

Tortellini Di Codino E Zucca
Homemade Italian tortellini pasta filled with braised oxtail veal served in its own sauce and sauteed pumpkin

Merluzzo Lento
Slow cooked cod fish in olive oil served with red cabbage

In between meals, Ms Cyndy Lim, went around to chat with all the guests ...

Guancia Alla Veneziana
Beef cheek braised with onions & Amarone wine in traditional Venetian style

For desserr - Involtino Di Mele
Warm oven baked green apple strudel with black raisins, served on vanilla sauce & sprinkled with icing sugar

More dessert

The evening continued till everyone has seen and tried the Basel 2011 Novelties.
