After 20+ years and losing count how many quality watches I have bought and sold with ebay and Chrono24, I have finally reached my nirvana and freedom at last 
- Breguet Type XXI for the summer and normal everyday wear.

If I knew I would bottle it and sell it for a fortune. I have been tempted by collectible diving watches, pilot watches, dress watches from IWC, VC, JLC and Omega and there was always just one more that I needed.

Yes, it does feel great and above all I feel satisfied with closure. In future wherever and whenever I am looking at the time, it will be on one of my Breguet watches; one of, if not the finest and important Watch Houses.

Interesting criteria
I have similar guidelines for selecting timepieces. I generally choose what to buy and wear based on the event and attire. The Breguet 5207 is for what I refer to as informal dress occasions the 3800 for casual attire. I have a Rolex Cellini Time Only with black dial in RG for formal dress occasions and plan to purchase a Breguet 7787 in WG for casual elegant events. My tool watch is a vintage Seiko. Perhaps our criteria is why our choices are so similar.

On top of my actual 2, I would have two more on my definite list actually, a Breguet 5907 and a geophysic true second.
Then a Reverso moon phase for my romantic side and a pilot to be used as tool watch. Like you, I don't like so much number: 6 would do
