39 or 40 mm case, not bigger, with these lugs. And case back. 

Aaah, and of course: No writings on the dial, as we all know it is a Breguet, and the pear shaped crown!

Word is that Breguet is doing a re-edition of the 50's and 60's this year. I'm just patiently waiting for March! Going the manufacture in 2 weeks and hope I get a glimpse of them!
