Whoa careful, thats a fine line to cross there...
By: skyeriding : July 26th, 2016-07:37
Personally, I don't know which I like more! The Datograph more artistic, the Minerva more technically finished
Regards,
skyeriding

Hence the damn question. ;) I would say that the Dato is more baroque, while the Minerva is more aerial. [nt]

Well, I know both of them quite well, as I lived several years with a Dato and I admire the MB 1858 Tachy for 4 months, now. That helps! [nt]

Lovely movement, looks like a Maze / City inside the case !
By: mahesh : July 26th, 2016-08:03
@ Datograph, depth in the movement gives a great visual impact...but I guess the compromise is in the overall thickness !
my preference is to have a overall watch thickness balanced to its dia (esp at this price point).
Minerva is visually attractive, esp Devils tail !!
Best,
mahesh.,

There is always a sense of regret after a while.
By: zabreg1 Mr White : July 27th, 2016-08:18
It does not matter if it is a Dato or a swatch. In fact, to this day I can't get over misplacing my swatch with a black dial and orange hands and markers. It is now a classic.
