Zeitwerk issues

Well, I'm not surprised with this issue. My Zeitwerk Luminous stopped within the first 3 months after I received it in 2011. The Lange factory said it was a problem with the fly governor. I received the watch after many months and had been enjoying since.
2 weeks ago, I could not wind the watch up to full power reserve. Then a few days later,I couldn't wind it up to full again. The crown does not move probably because the mainspring is jammed. So I have been advised to turn it in for service. Very surprising that Lange has not yet communicated with me directly even though they know what's been going on. My AD has been responding though.
Question is, why does a 6 year old watch that is worn for a day or two in a week have these kind of issues when even my 90 year old pocket watch winds up fully?
When I was considering buying my Langematik Perpetual and this Zeitwerk, the company people ensured they called me promptly, invited me to events after I bought their watches. When there's a genuine issue, they choose to remain quiet, hoping I will actually believe my well maintained and preserved watch needs a full service already. I wonder whether A.Lange and his descendants would have behaved in this way back in the day with their clients.
The current people in their namesake company owned by a conglomerate like Richemont cannot even humbly pick up the phone or type an email out after charging the earth to clients for these watches. The only reason these companies are in business and these people have their jobs is because of clients like us who buy their watches. So it's time we all realised what's going on.
