Are people still actually using their physical cards?

Hi all I'm genuinely surprised to see anyone still using their cards in the 2020's what with either Google Pay or Apple pay so easy to set up and use on our smartphones. Add to this the added bonus of higher spends and no need to enter pin numbers especially in the current Covid times and I am truly surprised many are still using their physical cards. I have in the past seen a few credit card company's that offered users the possibility to use their own image on a card but not for a while. The last company I saw offering anything similar was for Black cards in metal or various other custom designs where they transferred your chip and pin and details to their custom made card. But each to their own I suppose. Marc
Nordea is the first/only bank that offers/supports Apple Pay in Finland. I became a customer of theirs very recently for this exact reason, but a card is still needed for the Apple Pay to work. Soon I found out that they offer custom graphics for no extra cost and decided to make the card as nice as possible even if I’m not using it most of the time. Macro photo is my own so there was no problem using it.
Hi all. So it turns out with a quick Google search their are indeed many options from having an adhesive film printed that you stick to your current card to having a custom cards made in a range of various materials and patterns to suit ones taste should you wish. As I said a quick Google search opens up a world of possibilities should anyone won't something special. Marc
