(a) Lange's guilloche dials (some but not all of them are mother-of-pearl), and (b) other Langes with stars on the dial (such as the Emil Lange 1815 Moonphase 231.031 and 231.035)? I wondered if it's just something about the star hour markers on this particular dial, or if other Langes that were not necessarily marketed to women have certain features that engender a similar feeling.
... the glittery strap is really a unique characteristic of this watch and it’s a pity to swap it. If you are looking for something less feminine yet still delicate and poetic you could consider the Emil Lange 1815 Moonphase 231.031 and 231.035 as suggested by CR, that are definitely masterpieces.
