Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals in Asia. The full Harvest moon tonight signifies reunion and completion. I always wear a moonphase watch on this special occasion.
I’d like to wish you all a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival by quoting my favourite poet (original in Chinese):
We all have joys and sorrows, partings and re-unions.
The moon, its phases of resplendence,
Waxings and wanings —
Nothing in this world is ever perfect.
I wish a long life to us all.
Then, however far apart we are
We'd still be sharing the same enchanting moonlight.
