Dear all,

After reading the article about the "cabaret lifestyles".  My question was if anybody could help me id the wonderful cabaret in the pictures. 

Is it Platinum or white gold?

Is it available with the white on black date?

If there are wristshots available, I would love to see them! 

(Please don't tell me it's a photoshop  )

The 2005 , and the 2008:

In the 2005, the only platinum Cabaret I see comes with a silver dial.

In the 2008, no platinum Cabaret, except the Tourbillon...

???

I recall black dial was Pt but the Lange website now shows a black dial and white gold case, but only with diamond set bezel, either baguette or round diamonds. I will check.

I'm pretty sure that Cabaret in platinum came with a black dial...

But I'm also pretty sure that these Platinum Black dialed Cabaret are discontinued...

A true mystery, indeed!

Its the LOG ( Lange Owner's Group) limited edition of 25 pieces. Not only is the case WG, the Dial, the bridge of the balance wheel & the escapement wheel is as well.

10 pieces are available here in the Tokyo boutique, while the remainding 15 is sold only at the Dresden boutique.

And apparently the Cabaret will not be made in white gold again.

Dial of the LOG edition will be ardoise and it will have solid white gold balance cock like Lange 1A. Engraving on caseback will be in relief in Double Split style.

This is the 107.035 Cabaret, PT case with black dial.

The LOG Cabaret is made of WG and has a grey-ish dial. The dial is made of
white gold (normally Lange dials are made of silver) (with a few exceptions
like the Lange-1A and, I guess, the MOP and enamel models which use
copper/bronze as a basis for their dials, but correct me if I am wrong ).

The balance cock and the escapewheel cock and palet cock are made of WG on
this LOG Cabaret - similar to the use of (yellow) gold in the movement of
the Lange-1A (but the latter movement is even more special as it features a
special hardened WG escapewheel and escapelever)
