... condition and the dial is in top condition and chocolate color is fantastic indeed.

Stowa used a UNITAS 2812. I tried digging around trying to answer your question and couldn’t find any real information. Given it’s size I would guess its your first guess but it’s hard to say and I am certainly not a watchmaker who can easily identify modifications.
