It can be a shirt sleeve, jacket or jumper sleeve ... any thing that has got a sleeve simply!
If you want to lift the theme to a philosophycal level:
no sleeve!🤔 ... but keep it clean 😉!

I am torn between the RG JLC Master 8 days and your last PAM 557 shot.
I think I pick the 557 as the contrast of a soft sleeve and a strong watch is still working very well.
