there are so many nice details in this dial and in the case too.....

A perfect 'dress' chronograph, Geo. It is partly the black & white dial that makes it 'pop', but the legibility, design and hands are all just beautiful.
A very special piece in the Cartier range.
Thanks for sharing it here.

...Would you share a picture of the calibre and the "glowing in the dark" stuff
Best regards

and lume pics i always find difficult, but will try. for movement pics its best to google it i think or look on their website. for what it is its exceedingly good value which is the main thing when buying an unknown brand i think.

only a few pics so far, but one of them shows what the lume can look like. no movement pics, but its nothing to look at really.

to be honest, i'm surprised at the interest in it. i was going to review it, but didnt think it would get much of a response so havent bothered. i may change my mind now and do it next week.
its well built, the lume is good, their trademark in fact. the movement is interesting and it is #99 which i always try to go for. the strangest thing is that because it was a handwind originally the recommendation is too hand wind 80 times before wearing as the rotor needs to turn 30 times to give the equivalent of 1 turn of the crown due to the gearing. i find its best to treat it as a handwind that wont stop if you forget.

love to see these 'off the beaten track" affairs and I think this one looks the part and will undoubtedly serve you well.
Couldn't figure out what the pusher at 2 does though? Quick set date a la Lange?

i used to have a soft spot for Breitlings and miss them. my Cosmonaute was a handwind from 66. i prefer your navitimer chrono-matic re edition model. i also have a soft spot for 24 hour dials with 12 on top preferred if possible.
i dont know if you've seen my customised single handed 24 hour piece so i'll give you a pic anyway

i simply asked them to take the hour hand off it after working out that the 15 minute markers were sufficiently legible.

I had the Submarine and the Air-Nautic from the original company. I didn't know they would sell a piece with the minute hand removed, very cool!
