I'm trying to decide between these two watches and wanted to get some input from other collectors:

Bvlgari Gerald Genta Octo Bi-Retro:
   

Bvlgari Daniel Roth Endurer:
   

Thoughts? Any advice or input is greatly appreciated.

... what complications your prefer and how you like your date to be displayed, but just from these images I think the Octo Bi-Retro looks great on your wrist.

If you like the more sporty look, then I'd choose the Endurer Chronosprint.

If you like dressy, then the Octo Bi-Retro.

For me personally, I'd get the Endurer first and then the Octo   When wearing the Endurer, you'll find you'll get a lot of compliments on the watch, especially from non-WIS's.

If the endurer have you considered the All Black one?

I think it looks great on your wrist. It does depend on what look you prefer. The two watches are very different. Personally I've always liked the Octo Bi-Retro with its ceramic bezel and screws. There's a lot going on in terms of design so if you prefer a simpler look then the Endurer might be better. Would love to hear about what you decide. 

The complication is funny to look at. I had an Arena Bi-Retro Sport and I liked a lot the activity of the dial when hours changed. I also like the ceramic bezel.

and had the endurer  a while back, i sold both but let me tell you this

 

the OCTO is a spectacular watch that almost always always got complements more than with the endurer not that it mattered to me but it was someting i noticed

but also keep in mind that mine was the gerald genta version WG with red and blasck dial

 

i really do like the new BVLGARI GG OCTO and have seen it and tried it a couple of time and do think it is much better and could be sporty and chic at the same time

 

my vote goes to OCTO

Both are gorgeous, it it was the All Blacks I would go for it! In this case I would go for the Octo, more versatile and refined in the design.

Whichever you choose you will be happy with.

Based on the pictures, the Octo looks more balanced on your wrist, and seem to have a lot more going for it. Even the little red gives some body to the overall visual.
