Not so easy but the name was the starting point (without it, it would have been impossible I think). Then, I saw they restored some Bristol cars and I found similarities with the rear light and the bumper of your pic ;-)
I had the opportunity to drive a 611 many years back and it was much more modern than one would think. Full of quirky details that worked much better than the conventionally accepted solutions. And with reasonable weight and the fat Chrysler V8 it was no slouch.
The inline 6 engines were war reparation BMW units (production licence) IIRC, which at some point just no longer proved adequate in terms of expected power output.
If you want one of the fastest cars that nobody knows...

Check out the Bristol Fighter - especially the T. Even though Bristol as such folded some years ago, FCA mechanics will ensure support remains available. A true independent
