Here is a nice car I found on the net, already sold, by the way, but just for the pleasure of the eyes, and for the legendary greediness of some of our 1964 Fellows...

Now that I have the nose in Vintage cars, I understandf why I avoided that world for so many years.

This is such a dangerous and highly addictive world.

...that the car lacks its original over riders and has the added Carrera style skirt in the back. Just a little bit different than stock, but not too much. Although I'm not found of the Nardi wheel, even though it's period-correct. But that's just personal taste.

It is an icon for many of us!

...as soon as I have a chance to take some new ones, although I've said that before in different posts over the past year or so and I still haven't had the chance. Being retired is just too time consuming...I never have time for anything!

Problems are in order to be solved... The servo brake arrived, I have to get it installed in the car...

I also have to solve some electric issues, but minor issues.

Will be able to finally register the car ( !!! ) at the end of this month.

I could afford one, but I tried to stay away from vintage cars, as I am too mad when I have a passion for something...

...and I find the interior to be very roomy! It does look small from the outside, but with the rear engine, it has lots of leg room and plenty of head room...at least for me. Also very comfortable on longish trips (furthest I've ever driven mine was four hours, non-stop).

...may make the fit a little too tight for comfort but I think that depends on how straight you like your seat back. With it just slightly reclined, head room should be no problem and it will also give your arms more room. But of course you need to be comfortable and although I know of a few owners who are your height that believe they have plenty of room, I can see how some may find it a bit claustrophobic. And of course you have to comfortable if you want to enjoy it!

... And when we have settled in our new home I will one day also have my "play mobile"
