I actually find it hard to compare the 5110 with the 5575. I think the two watches are so different as to be in almost different categories. In terms of pure world time, the 5110 takes a lot of beating. Having said that, as I said to Nicolas, if i had to choose between the two, I would go 5575 as it is on a different plain to me.... I find the moon phase such a nice aesthetic to add to a world time function.

The "natural looking moon disc" seems to be in fashion nowadays as many other brands are also adopting this picture of the moon.

I personally don't like a "realistic" image of the moon in a watch.

And to make my complaint about the 5575 complete I must say that using two delicate sapphire discs ( one for the moon and one for the stars ) makes this piece quite fragile.

If a world time then the original.

I would say, for myself, that it would depend on my outfit when I wear it: if wear suits, I would prefer the 5110.

The 5575 is a watch I would get because of the show it provides, more spectacular, maybe more interesting in such circumstances.

Your shot is one of the best I saw from the 5110 and 5130 Joe.

Like I said, I wouldn't want to....so both! But if just the one...5575 is a show-stopper.
I would love a 5110, 5575 and 5131 trio. But not at that point at the moment!

I have a soft spot for the 5110 over the 5130....but the trio is sublime

maybe indeed the 5575 then as I don't wear suits and the 5575 interests me more about what is shown on the dial: different type of finishing and different decorations.

... just , pardon the pun, over the moon! More than the stars, moon and star hour hand, the curves in the case are simply both elegant and sexy at the same time (an oxymoron ?) and the buckle is a real plus! Furthermore, see the colors below which IMO makes the 5575 a home run. Is it a grand slam? IMO it depends on how you view production number vs the significance of the 175th anniversary. I think that in "my ranking" 5575G is passing 5110P. The size is better, the moon complication is great, the dial is something different and I love the hands.
Soon mine will work for a while as my daily watch for a while and then I'll understand my feelings better.
