It has been made for the 150th anniversary of the Munich Patek Philippe retailer in 2006, as mentionned in 25 ex. in RG (there is also a WG version, I don't know if other gold/Pt colors were used as well).
It looks fabulous and I must say I still like Roman numerals a lot and would like to see more of them in the current collection.
Mark, I do not know if other metal referencies exist (except 25 ex in WG too)

This 5350R-010 differs from the current 5053's with a date window at 3 o'clock instead of the usual 6 o'clock position. This version is very nice. Cheers, Patrickh
Among other things, I do not like how the minute hand is too "short" and doesn't extend to the markers - similar to the flawed 5117 in my opinion. This message has been edited by ZJ on 2016-04-14 12:00:58
Beautiful watch and Antoine (well-known watchmaker and resaler) offers always 2 years warranty for all his watches. http : // adm-horloger dot com Cheers, Patrickh
Oh gosh,I just checked Antoine's website and it is selling for 28k euros which I guess can be deemed fair bearing in mind there were only 25 pieces but it is quite a lot for a 5053.
Lovely watch though. Do you know if the dial was enameled?!
White with black painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute/seconds track, aperture for the date. Black oxidized gold “feuille” hands. The initial selling price when distributed was about 21K$..... Cheers, Patrickh
