i would choose the owl. It's not necessary because of the owl but the sunset gradation and leave details seem more intricate. Wear in great health and please post more wrist shots once you have it in your possession!

Congrats on getting an allocation on the Rousseau series and having the ability to choose !
The Owl has more character because of its eyes and the dial has a very nice sunset, whereas the color for the Bird dial is more vibrant because of the colorful fruits throughout the motif.
This decision would be a most difficult one for me.
Hence, I would recommend taking both !

I see that you've had several replies to your post already.
This is a great project that you have and the choice is tough. I think it is really about your own appeal as both should be wonderful in real.
It is difficult to judge without handling them but please keep us informed when you have taken delivery of the one you chose!

I also go for the owl. Not only because of the animal but because of the nicer composition of the dial. The fruits on the other dial are too much in the center imho.
