I agree with you. For me, it's very important that a watch has a "lively" dial (like 5235G or the sunburst dial of 5170P or fading colors like the Nautis). The dial of 5524G looks pretty "dead", and the two huge pushers on the left side of the case don't add to a beautiful look either.
I agree 100% with that assessment. Having written that, the watch certainly has a place in the PP lineup and in the hands of certain collectors. The beauty of our subjective hobby 😀 [nt]

And go buy a timepiece that does sing. Or wait for one that does. Perhaps channel it to another hobby. No regrets. And thanks for the memory kind of attitude.
