Hi whats the best way to check the power reserve of tha watch if there is no indicator ?

My Ref. is 6000G and its 48 hrs

after winding it for 10 times how long should i have it on my wrist ?

I think in general, I wind my automatic watches for 30-40 tunrs (if it has stopped).  That should be close full power.  Then I start to wear.   I dont know if I am right, but I like to wind it close to full since I know that the watch is ikely to keep better time when it is at full power vs when it is near "empty" on power...... 

diff watches are diff......... what do others think?

and understand the owner's instructions that came with your watch.  On average Patek only recommends 10 winds for an automatic watch and then wear it to fully wind it.  If you act normally and don't walk around like your arm is strapped to your side the watch should be fully wound in about 8 hours based on what I've seen with my watches WITH power reserves.  A reference without one shouldn't be much difference.  Hope this helped.
