Newbie here, can anyone tell me what model is this Patek? And how come when I pull the crown to set the time, the seconds hand still moves (As opposed to my other watches..)
Thanks!

Accompanied by a box. C. Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, sapphire crystal. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold faceted indexes, aperture for the date. Yellow gold "dauphine" hands. M. Cal. 310 SC, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, gold rotor.
