anyone have a pointer to the instructions to set a 5146j?

i just brought one home (new) but it doesnt have anything about setting the watch!!

i own a pp 51451j and i am not sure what you mean by settings. al you have to do in feb change the date to march  1st. you can do that with the attached pointer in the side of the watch. i have had mine for over one year an i have not had any problems.  hi,  jorge

trouble is, there are FOUR places in the side of the watch.  and i didnt know WHICH one to poke.
