Patek Philippe

hello!   I recently inherited a womens diamond patek and I'm trying to decipher the numbers that are on the appraisal sheet.

It says:

 twenty jewel Swiss manual wind movement # 980477. The inside of back case is stamped PT 0.0950, PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE SWISS AND # 2612161   3267/18

I'm trying to understand whatever I can about this watch.   I also understand I can send the info to patek in their archives.

If anyone can tell me what these numbers mean, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming it is genuine as I have the box and my grandmother who left it to me was elegant and enjoyed the finer things.   I just didn't realize patek made womens watches way back.  It has many diamonds on it.

PT 0.0950=platinum  

# 2612161  =probably case #

3267/18=Reference (Model) number

Hi,

it is a platinum case with diamonds produced around 1959/60 according to the provided serial numbers.

 3267 is the model# or reference#  an the watch should look like this:

One more question, I will get it appraised for insurance purposes but do you have an idea what it would be worth?
