You can try to buy it directly from Patek in Switzerland or maybe through a local AD if you have one near by...
If you are patient you could try to find one on the "fleebay"

You seem to be from UK and your country is full of Patek dealers. Just check from the home pages of Patek. Or if you visit London, go to Patek's Boutique in New Bond Street.

size and strap
Be sure to remember that each reference seems to have a unique size strap, so get the correct size clasp and you also need a new strap designed for the clasp. Easiest way to buy is to order both from any Patek service center as they sell them direct to customers and will know the sizes you need. No need to go through an AD.
