The 6102P-001 (without the diamonds or mixed-metal look) seems to be a cleaner more wearable watch?  Patek's are about PERSONAL appreciation for wearing a truly special timepiece.  There really is no need to draw extra attention to one's self.

I was almost sleeping facing my Imac when my finger automatically clicked and your message appeared !
Immediate wake up, 100 % aware, and a solid smile on my face : these 2 guys are very cool with their Pateks !
I wouldnt wear the one with stones, but I do respect the owner to do it.
