Will 5078P be discontinued?
A short while ago Patek placed by accident the instruction manuals of all the "past Baselworld" models to their home pages. When the mistake was noticed, the new models like 5170G were removed.
I think they have still a small mistake helping us to see what will come out. The instructions for 5078P are not available any more.
What a pity if such a great watch will be discontinued. I don't drat to get the moon from the sky but 5078P with white dial is my absolute Grail.

This watch is perfection
White or black dial, both emulate pure simplicity. I think they represent the best MR in the Patek lineup. Heck, the best MR of this current generation of any brand. I really don't understand marketing here. These are priced within reason, are loved, are sought after, and are pure art and engineering. Unless you tell me they got even better up their sleeve, why stop when you can sell? I think it's like shooting yourself in the foot. There is nothing I don't like about this watch, short of my being able to fund it.
Well, I'll just have to continue to dream!

Indeed a sad thing when 5078 disappears from their production.
Have no fear, i hear the Mrs is at the helm of all things, be ready to be disappointed.
Which also represents more $$ in your pocket.
