Patek Philippe

Thinking of making a trade for a 5110G.  I owned this one before and traded it and have wanted to get one again for some time now.  I have a 5134 brown dial gueblein yellow gold and wear it very rarely and think it would make sense to trade it for the 5110 white gold.  Does that make sense as a value proposition ?  Another option would be to trade a yellow gold blue dial submariner and pay a considerable difference additional for the WT.  Does any of that make sense ?  Appreciate your thoughts gentlemen.  Thanks.

I love the 5110G - just works.  Classic in my opinion. 

IMO, if you could swap a watch that is not often worn to a 5110 (or alternatively 5130), this trade is a good one.

Let us know what you decide and show wrist shots no matter what.

as I would trade in even both watches for a PP world timer. But this is only based on my taste!

It was a good decision for me....the 5110G is actually an extremely versatile watch. I would go 5110 if i was in your shoes.

Baron, thanks to you and all the other guys for your input and essentially confirmation of what I too think of the 5110.  I may actually  trade  a langematic perpetual fot the 5110 now after more consideration.  Thanks again.  I will post my decision when I make it.

i traded my 5134g (plus cash) for a 5110p. I love both, but would do it again. The 5110 is sublime. 

Thanks for all  your input.  I have decided , for now, to hold on to my travel time and not make the trade.  However I may sell or trade my Langematic Perpetual and get a 5110p that I have an opportunity to acquire.  Looks like I am leaning toward trading the Lange for the platinum WT.  Will let everyone know if I do that and will attempt to post photos of such  Thanks again to everyone and your replies.
