Camille Fournet Strap Ordering Help!

I have a patek 570G and would like to order a custom Camille Fournet strap for it. Issue is I do not know what type of ending I should get for it?? I currently have gold Patek spring bars with the raised Tab (see picture). The strap I have (a PP) has a little slit for the raised tab. However, the Camille fount straps either have no slit or a for the interchangeable version, a little hole, presumably for the tab.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just ask them to add the slit when they make the strap for you
they should know what to do, and you can always send a photo. (Or the bars, but I wouldn't think that should be necessary)

I have ordered from them at least 20 straps, always custom length, and I have been very happy.
I would order the quick removable spring bars and then simply change set delivered steel ones to your gold ones. They look identical to the ones Camille Fournet uses.

I was just not sure because the Camille has that little hole, where as the Patek has a pure slit. I guess the tab can slide under?
It depends on the watch.
To the slimmest say below 8 mm which 3.5 mm, 8-10 mm which 4 mm and thicker 4.5 mm.

It is (just) a matter of your taste, in the world of "bespoke" straps. I tend to order slighly thicker ones, excpet for the Ellipse collection. It just feels better on my wrist

Patek has been using spring bars with elbows for years.
It is not necessary to have an opening for the elbows but the opening does make changing straps much easier.
Personally, I prefer straps without the opening. I just like knowing the spring bar is fully covered. It does require care when changing straps and takes quite a bit more time than the presto strap but if you find yourself wanting to change straps frequently, then the presto strap would be the choice.
The thickness and shape of the padding is strictly personal but the beefier watches would certainly look better with heavier shaped padding (slight to high dome or rectangular) and hand stitching.
A lot of options for you to consider.
