Thank you so much for the pics and I was assuming it could be the case but was hoping it is not too serious...

Rogi, the Zenith team thinks that this is due to improper oiling of the rotor's ball bearings...

the question is now: does it wind properly when you wear it?

Cheers,
Magnus

Thank you Magnus for checking with Zenith, when I wear my P15, I didn't notice any deviation in winding (only the noise itself) or power reserve, as I hadn't worn it for a long time,

the first thing I did yesterday was to wind it via crown (to around 15-25 rotations). Then when I arrived in school that was the first time I noticed the noise (it is progressively getting more frequent). After arriving home, I set the timepiece aside and so far it has been keeping time. I'll let it wind down completely and then redo with just wearing it on my wrist with a slight winding of the crown.
What would be the next step to take?
Thank you
Igor

Furnish me your observation, then we'll see. [nt]

From the initial wearing, (the full wind and wearing all day), my P15 held a power reserve of about 33 hours, I took some time this weekend and observed that from a small wind (ie 5-10 turns) and

me having it on my wrist for a lazy Saturday (around 10 hours of wear, with the mouse noise increasing in frequency) it kept 7-8 hours of power reserve (a little past overnight) stopping in the morning, when I picked it up in hand again to check the power reserve it started working and lasted another hour till full stop. (I checked back every half hour). Timekeeping has reduced as well, previously it kept a 1-2 seconds loss/gain on average and in the initial day it had a loss of 5 seconds (when I used my app to measure it) which is still within COSC specs but the power reserve loss concerns me a lot. Thank you for your advice and help Magnus.
