D-Lux 7 looks great...
Still have my D-Lux 6 and am very happy with it. Have fun picking out your new kit, Nicolas!
I loved my D Lux 6 which was a huge improvement compared to the 4. But the 6 is agonizing, after a bit more than... 100, 000 photos!
Q2 Macro
The Q2 has a macro setting that works really well. You simply twist the barrel of the lens to the macro setting and shoot away.

for Macro I would go Micro Four thirds Like a Panasonic with IBIS
You can get a nice auto focus IBIS macro lens and then the body IBIS will work with the lens ibis and you'll get the stability you need.
