New acquisition ! I bought it because I liked the beautiful Honeycomb dial. But I cannot find any details on specs or anything else on the web.
Is is a 1967 Vacheron Constantin, Ref. 6062, 35 mm in rose gold. Manual winding, Original strap but not the original crown, I think. Is there somebody who can fill in some of the details ??
Nice watch, it presents well on your wrist The strap is VC but a replacement while the crown is the original style. Model reference and movement calibre show in the photos. How did you obtain the date of 1967? The case number dates from early 1950s, which is consistent with the style.
as most date charts online for vintage V&C serial numbers are incorrect. The issue is that case and movement were manufactured separately and could be several years apart in age, even decades! I’ve seen the listing and both your serial numbers date from around 1955. An Extract from the Archives can be obtained from VC to provide you the date when both the case and movement were married and the watch completed.
