Do you think this watch strap is the original one from VC?

The main issue is that there is no VC logo on the clasp.

If you can identify the maker's mark, it will establish who made it.  I'm confused by your title though, which part of this watch have we not seen before and why?

You can search for this model online and you will find that it doesn't have a second instance.

I chuckle because sellers declare everything as rare, but some nuance is required when connoisseurs discuss V&C. In comparison with most other brands, all Vacheron et Constantin pieces are rare!  Your example would have been one of 25 of the same reference with the same dial. How many survive today is impossible to determine. V&C was exceedingly creative (I would add clever) with their mix n'match approach to getting the most mileage from combinations of design elements. Here are some examples from Antiquorum's database that I hope illustrate the point.

Even for the watches produced by PP VC, the majority of their dials are quite simple and ordinary.

During this period it was entirely acceptable for owners to purchase aftermarket gold bracelets to compliment their timepieces, especially if the model didn't come with one. These were made by established jewellers and manufactures with equally high reputations. Some also made the factory bracelets, like Gay Frères. Here is an example where the maker Grimminger affixed a Maltese Cross, so clearly ordered to compliment a V&C.
