Vacheron Constantin

Hello All, I am rather new to Vacheron Constantin but admire very much their classic models. In a local jeweller I found a beautiful simple rose gold chrono, supposedly from the 40's, cal. v492. They asked around USD 25000. Is that a realistic price? No box/papers, watch in overall good condition. Thanks for your ideas. Wolf.

you never know what has been done to the watch (non original movement parts, refinished dial etc...)


So if your dealer is reputable and trustworthy and if the overall condition ofthe watch is good I would say 25k is a bargain :-)
