Hello everybody,
I´m about to purchase a 1972 in WG with mechanical mov. and white face.
I foudn in a old VC document th ateh refernce number is 37010/000G 8835 but my contact (selling the watch) cliams his watch has following reference number: X37G4850. Are these two the same or are these just two different watches?
Thanks in advance!
Regards
André
The seller says VC has used two types of references for that watch one is an "old" one the other a more recent one; there is no difference.
My first thought was exactly what you say (internal stock number or something like that) but it seems it is not the case...
regards
André
... does anybody have a clue here?
Thanks
André
I just have received the confirmation: the 37010/000G 8835 and the X37G4850 are the same watch.
Cheers
André
I have both reference numbers listed on the hang tag for my watch, which is the rose gold manaul wind with silver dial.
If you look at the leather hang tang, the 1st refernce number is 37010 / 000R (mine is rose) yours should have some numbers and a "G" since its white gold.
Then there is a case number, a movement number, and the last line says, "Ref Grp: X37Rxxxx."
I'm sure you will enjoy your new watch.
Best regards,
Dino
