you mean?? And when you say based on Piguet meaning it is still made in-house by VC but copying the Piguet movement or movement is bought from piguet. Sorry. Still new at this.
The movement comes all set to tell the hours, minutes, seconds, and date. VC in its workshops added the complications (the module) for second time zone and regulator layout, and made the adjustments so that the movement keeps chronometer standards.
there are two Dual Time watches in VC's current lineup. One is the Matle Dual Time Regulator, which I had assumed you were talking about, and which uses the Piguet movement:
