One of the defining characteristics of the Malte line as it is now constituted (tonneau cased watches) is the use of mutiple finishes on the dial. While I have a personal preference for the updated case as in the Malte Chronograph, Ref 49180, because I like the size as well as the shorter lugs, when it comes to dials I really like the dial on the Malte Dual Time, Ref 47400:

Never before had I seen this guilloche pattern:

You should pick one up; I think they are rare.

Here's mine in rose gold as well as a few others from my collection with the same pattern on the dial.

I like your collection of 1990's VC's. That Jump Hour watch is one of my favorite watches from VC.

I met a collector recently who has the 240th anniversary watch likes yours. He is really fond of it, even though he doesn't wear it much at all.

I realy like the "wandering hour" a lot but I do prefer the 1929 pocket watch version with the dial designed by Carr.
I've never seen one in the "flesh"
