An important watch in KV's vertical evolution.
I personally believe that with a white silver guilloché dial, you have made the right decision. Guillochage always work best with a clear livery... I also like the way the dial evolves, slightly oxydizes with age. Do you happen to know the base metal of the dial? Kari started with yellow gold dials and went on to using silver, I believe for the simple cal.28. He's used white gold again recently... I'd be curious to learn in this case. Could it be simply german silver again?
I like the strengh and apparent simplicity of the dial. A great layout and a great and original complication. Here lies for me some of KV's unique strength, exquisite delicacy yet so simple. Traditional and eminently modern at the same time. Last question from me, is there a difference between this case and that of the cal.28? All of KV's cases appear to be the same but there are often subtle and sometimes quite obvious differences (bezel, diameter, depth, angle of the lugs, etc.)- here, I could not tell.
Congratulation again for your fantastic watch.
