The Aston - You love it. You derive great pleasure just looking at it. The greatest depreciation has already taken place.
The 130 - A 130, unless it comes with an exotic dial is a relative bargain. It is (according to you) the right size for your wrist. It is timeless and of great historical importance. With a growing appreciation of smaller watches, it is more likely to go up (or at least not down) in value over time (provided you purchase a mint example).
The 5131R vs. rose Gronefeld. As a miniature "work of art", IMHO you can't compare a hand painted cloissone WT Patek with a Gronefeld. And talk about depreciation, Patek is Patek. Gronefeld is I am sure a great watch, but ... Furthermore, your 5131R is already paid for and will look great on your wrist while driving the Aston.
