Yes I believe I took the right decision as I can't stop staring at this mesmerizing movement, and dial, and hands, and hour markers, and case...
I don't know where is the panache but probably some consistency in my choices and selection that help me pulling on the trigger without fear (apart from my banker and wife) so when the opportunity arises BAM ! I shoot

See I too a fro, go in circles, get confused, drink, lose sleep, go days without eating them buy the watch :P

needs no advice from anyone! Many congratulations as it indeed has the best and most finely decorated automatic movement in the market, bar none. And you know how I am with size and fitment on the wrist - from the excellent photos, this watch was made for a wrist like yours!! I have tried many Laurent Ferrier gems but fail on all the 40mm and 41mm models. As luck would have it,the 39mm ladies watch fits me well though. I am less excited about the dial on the 39mm watch though.
Enjoy this lovely timepiece and I think this lovely automatic watch will give you years of pleasure!

and ask him for a special dial which fits your taste.
He will be very pleased to create it for you.

You are absolutely right! I met Vanessa, the new CEO at the SIHH this year and she did say a dial could be made for me in a 39mm case. Then I saw the Gronefeld Remontoire which totally swayed me as they were both similarly priced but the movement of the Remontoire takes some beating

Both could enter in a nice Collection, IMHO,

And I love the 2 bros a lot (the people behind the watch are almost as important as the watch itself, I know I go a bit far but that's me 😉), just the Remontoire is manual wound and thus not anymore a possible option for me with one valid hand only...

the Laurent Ferrier is without doubt the perfect and most practical choice!

But for my other LF (Galet Square) I love the original blue brushed dial but a bespoke dial is not out of question and... has been already discussed with Mr Ferrier months ago... Wait and see 😉

...with a kind advice and I replied thinking it was addressed to me. Actually I am thinking of a bespoke dial in addition and thought you were talking to me, sorry !
