These behind the scenes tours are great!
I could watch people creating, finishing and assembling timepieces for hours. Another great tour by Marc and thanks to Kari Voutilainen for opening his workshop for us to see.
It's much easier to watch when you are seated behind the screen -- a little harder when you are craning your neck to see over the guy in front, and you've been standing for 4 hours
so both personal visits and video tours are useful

Yes I can understand how that could be more difficult in person.
With the video we can relax, stretch out, enjoy while also having a nice snack and drink. Choice are a good thing. Still, having never been to any watch manufacturer so I'd like to visit one or two someday.

... To see a Swiss Atelier room full of American-Made Haas CNC machines. These babies are manufactured about 45 minutes North of where I live in a sleepy, little town called Oxnard. Kari knows Haas makes the very best in the world. Many thanks to Marc Andre' for a superb video. Great work all the way around.
