This particular Parallax Tourbillon is one of only five because it has a hammered dial and Arabic numbers. It’s also in a steel case which I like.

So, I looked it up and found my answer in an online review:
"A handy indicator on the dial tells owners exactly what mode the watch is in – W for winding, S for time-setting. Here, the large size of the crown makes it easier to wind."
As far as tourbillons go this is unique in that it’s flush with the dial and also not a hole in the center. It’s stops at noon when you go to set the watch.
