providing enough energy to the mainspring. The dial on mine is a gray-brown and the watch came on brown leather so the AD said they'd throw in a second gray strap. They chose Jean Rousseau who was wonderful to work with as this turned out to be challenging because I needed to mix and match the length of the two strap pieces to allow the deployant clasp to end up positioned properly under my wrist.
being a precious metal, and JR is definitely among the top contenders for my upcoming custom strap order. I'm surprised your comes on a deployant buckle, I was under the impression all of these were deliberately paired with a pin buckle in order to make it easier to view the movement!........
I purchased the PF deployant from them (and kept the buckle). I like the convenience and extended leather life and actually it's still pretty easy to get a good look at the movement. :-)
It isn't out of the question for me to do the same at some point, especially since I am inclined to wear this version during certain high-activity situations....
