20 years ago on the 9th september 2005 the MIH Watch was presented to the public in the MIH in La Chaux-de-Fonds.



My watch with the number 77 is still going strong. Happy anniversary MIH Watch 🎂

A bit like the MiH itself - an institution I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate and unfortunately the MiH 2 Gaia is no longer available for sale at the museum itself 🤷🏻‍♂️

I wouldn't say nobody cares but it really is a watch that you either know about and appreciate or are clueless about. I remember when it was launched and not knowing what MIH was or all the technical details of the watch and so not understanding what the fuss was about, but soon I learned why it was and is a special watch indeed. May you wear and enjoy yours for at least another 20 happy and healthy years.

I bought mine when I was on my honeymoon in Switzerland just over 15 years ago.
