Peter Speake Marin on his 2012 Asian Tour stopped by the Lion City last weekend with the Gronefeld boys in tow.

No beers now which was reserved for after the event till 4AM or so I am told.

Enjoying a cold one before viewing the watches.

The night before the Gronefled boys left..... taken after a romp of the local drink holes till after 4AM and Tim still has a beer in hand.... Good to have you indie watchmakers here and till next time....

a review coming up on it very soon.
fantastic event, the way i like it...casual and interactive.
thanks for the coverage.
Best,

Thanks for this perfume of charm, friendship and passion !
Even if I can't put a nameon all the faces I'm happy to see Pp fellows on these pics and how they live the event.
Cheers,

Can't believe SJX paid to have it re-built from scrap

You should have been there. I thik with your interest in a 1912, looking at the One Hertz DS again in person would have been nice if not fueling the urge even more.
Peter as usual was a great host and you should see some of his pieces. I think you;d like them very much.
BTW, PM sent on something that may interest you.

The good news for me is that a good friend of mine showed me his new One Hertz at lunch the other day (very nice indeed!) and that I've seen Peter's tourb repeater and Serpent -- but I'm guessing that I have not seen the other new PSM pieces to which you referred -- verrry interesting!
Thanks for the PM -- I dropped you a note back.
Best,
Gary
Here are pictures of the Gronefeld One Hertz and the GTM-06 Tourbillon Minute Repeater in Gold...
First up, The One Hertz shown mainly in Titanium..
"To adjust the time, instead of pulling out the crown, you depress it till the hand (see immediately pic below) at 3 o'clock points to "S" (for "set" I think) and after adjustments have been made, depress the crown again which will then put that same hand to "W" (for "wind" I think again) and off you go. The hand at 12 o'clock of the larger seconds register is the power reserve indicator. The seconds register is larger presumably for th owner to enjoy the hacking seconds movement better.

And the Big Mama from Gronefeld, the GTM-06 Tourbillon Minute Repeater in Red Gold. The chiming was very loud and audible despite a crowded room with all the chatter going on. The cathedral gongs produced a lower pitched but very rich sound. Very nice.

One more shot of the One Hertz Dead Seconds movement.

A small collection to start but what a collection. Always quality over quantity.

As I mentioned before, the One Hertz Dead Seconds looks very intriguing. They had a now sold out LE 12 pcs in steel and the One Hertz Dead Seconds now is available in Titanium, Red Gold and Platinum. The GTM-06 is available in Red Gold and Platinum.
Great work Gronefeld and I hope you enjoyed your visit to Singapore!
Nice pics and watches.
cheers
