With the wristscan theme... It got me wondering if anybody has any live pix of their favorite dial color expressed by this company.

but whenever I was close to order mine, something went wrong :-(

Sometimes I couldn´t decide, sometimes it was the strong sfr, sometimes I simple lost the track because of sooooo many novelties I saw, sometimes I heard about new evolutions/executions/sizes coming, sometimes ... Well, (at least) one is still high on my list as I really like the concept & the people behind

I'd like to hear from somebody who's used one for a while... how the ownership experience evolves.

On the left is the original Anno Cinquanta from 2008, made in a series of 30 pieces, it featured Paul Gerber's inhouse double barrelled Caliber 41 powering it.

Patina on copper dial and seconds hand! If I remember correctly this has a platinum new-moon and gold sun & full-moon.

These are brilliantly conceived watches from the genius of Ludwig Oechslin and Beat. Beat runs the company, interacts with each client personally and you get the most amazing service, possibly the best anywhere. If you like the look of the watches in pics, in person they are that much better.
I can't recommend them more.

I fully agree with your statement on the people and the service you get by Beat himself. You just forgot one thing: the espresso is outstanding !

I love seeing this watch being lived with ... and properly lived with!!!!! 

"The settimana junior sports a seven-day calendar featuring the characteristic orange dot. Its seven apertures are arranged in such a way as to line up with the hour digits 1 to 7. The settimana junior is Ludwig Oechslin’s concept for children – or for anyone wishing to retain something of the nonchalance of childhood. Fashioned from skin-friendly titanium, it’s fitted with a water-friendly natural rubber strap. This "engrave the case back with the name, address and telephone number of its owner" is why you rarely see the back of them!

Hi! What kind of strap is this? It is a very unexpected yet beautiful match for the watch both in material and color and texture. 

Stretchy fabric with nylon buckle - I agree it looks perfect. I stole it off my $70 Swatch and put it here.

I wil start with the standard rubber straps for both the Settimana and the MIH But this looks like a very nice match for the watches too.

The watch looks so playfully perfect and so many adjectives come to my mind. Wish I could find one

Now after almost two years of contemplating on getting a new watch, I decided to get a baby Junior. Sometime in August it will arrive!

It will be a standard Settimana Junior Love the design of it, the size of the numbers and the different colors of the metal and dial etc. Have not seen it in real life, and so it is a matter of hoping it will live up to my idea of what it is Will share some photos when I receive the watch later in the summer.

lovely watch although I keep it on a winder because it takes a while to set it (in this sense it is similar to the MIH watch)

I'm a fairly recent owner of the 'inverse' of Ancienne's Annual Calendar - so mine has a patinated brass dial and seconds disk, with brass minute and hour hands with milled out indices and date dots (milling off the patinated surface reveals the bright brass underneath)... with a sturgeon leather strap.

Surely the only Independent ever seen at work on an oil rig!

Had a few in the past, now just the patinated Moon Phase in sterling silver, nicely tarnished . . .

if you (in some cases) just changed parts or the whole watch.
