Horological Meandering

Grossmann in Glashütte is a too often overlooked brand. To make good on this neglect take a look at these.
First we see several versions of the Atum, new this year is the Atum Date with the date indication at the perimeter of the dial. Atum dial variations include a wonderful enamel dial.

Following that we see a Tefnut Lady with its diamonds and mother-of-pearl dial and the Sleeping Beauty.

Finally take a look at the Tefnut Twist, an ingeniously simple solution to the eternal problem of winding a manual wind watch without using a crown.  One of the T-shaped band attachments can be turned to wind the watch.  A simple idea that needs a well thought out realisation to avoid things like inadvertant overwinding while wearing the watch.  The crown on these watches is only for setting the time.

And while you are looking note the excellent movement finishing on all the models.

Serious watchmaking by all means. Maybe not as good at marketing just yet but generally nothing wrong with the watches
