Sven Andersen Orbita Lunae in Platinum, dial is blue gold
The Orbita Lunae has for me the best design of Svend Andersen's watches
Svend Andersen favours the bold sans-serif type. For my taste, this type does not always fit the traditional design of the case. But on the Orbita Lunae the slightly tuned type makes the numerals an integral part of the dial design, making it look fresh and modern, but still matching the rest of the watch.
When I had a bespoke world timer made by him (with retrograd hours display), for space reasons it was unfortunately not possible to apply the type of the Orbita Lunae. But at least I could also get a guilloche engraved blue gold dial on my watch.

I remember selling my GoldPfeil Regulator to another Purist and being stunned when a year or two later it appeared in one of his posts.
That's one of the bittersweet things of selling "back into the community" -- would it be better to follow the advice given when selling a car -- never sell to a friend?

Was and still is a beautiful watch. The dial is fantastic. A unique moonphase mechanism. Still enjoying number 29/31.
I don't believe that Sven gets the appreciation that he truly deserves.
